The Container Logic brand 1125 Liter (9.42 barrel) 7 bar (100 psi) jacketed stainless steel tank is ideal for Pét-nat and Charmat production and other craft beverages where high pressure is required for production. The jacket allows for temperature control with glycol, water or steam. Tank is also utilized for fermentation, brite, uni-tanks and storage and aging of liquids. Aseptic design allows for versatile use in food production as well!
